A brand new office at Yokohama, Rama HQ Buildingis the place we call home. The work environment is fun, friendly and challenge.
*You're going to begin as a full-time "contract" worker, but you will be promoted to "Seishain (Japanese permanent work type with full benefits)" depending on your performance and preference.
¥1,000 to ¥1,300 / hour** + sales commission
**The salary system for contract workers is an hourly wage, whereas Seishan is a fixed monthly salary and includes a company bonus.
RamaDBK Ltd. is a Japanese car dealer pioneering a major role in the Japanese vehicle export industry by providing all kinds of vehicles to individual buyers, dealers, industries and government organizations.
Established in 1988 RamaDBK is now one of the leading vehicle exporters in Japan and serves customers in over 80 countries on six continents. We deal with a wide variety of Japanese used vehicles as well as brand new vehicles, we aim to help customers buy the special vehicles they have been dreaming about.
We export all types of Japanese cars including major manufacturers such as Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Mazda, Subaru, Isuzu, Suzuki and Daihatsu with a vast selection of models, colors, and age. We are also able to ship on short notice to anywhere in the world.
We are not only experts in Japanese new and used vehicles, but we also source and export spare auto parts, industrial machinery, and used construction vehicles made by the world's leading manufacturers such as Mitsubishi, Komatsu, Hitachi, IHI, Tadano, Kobelco, Kato and Sumitomo to name a few.
The content of the work is mainly focused on customer service by e-mail and telephone. We also negotiate the price with overseas customers. (75% are existing customers, 25% are new customers annually)
We export vehicles to over 80 countries on six continents like Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, Zambia, South Africa, Mozambique, Jamaica, Dominica, Seychelles, Mauritius, St. Kitts, Barbados,Guyana, Bermuda, Trinidad & Tobago, St. Vincent, St. Maarten, St Lucia, Bahama, Haiti, Peru, Suriname, Grenada, Antigua, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh,Malaysia, Pakistan, Thailand, and New Zealand.
We use these languages; English, French, Spanish, Russian, Sinhala, Bangla, Burmese, Chinese.
We train our sales specialist how to communicate with customers, how to effectively sell vehicles, how to find the clients, how to sell quickly, and how to calculate FOB, C&I and the CIF.

About 50% of employees are from overseas.

International Sales experience is not necessary but a plus
Available work hours:
Within 5 days a week (Sunday off)
Within 9:30 to 18:30
