Suzuki Motors announced that the sport version of the new model of the Suzuki Swift will be offered on the Japanese local market from September 20th 2017. Lovers of the Suzuki Swift were getting impatient as the new shape of the Swift had been on the market since the beginning of the month of January.
Based on the high performance HEARTECT platform, the Suzuki Swift Sport is using a new 1.4 liter turbo engine and has an even sportier look than the standard version: a bigger front grill, some aero parts on the side, 2 mufflers at the rear and newly designed sport seats. 2 types of transmission will be offered to customers: a 6 speeds manual gearbox or a 6 speeds automatic gearbox.
The Suzuki Swift Sport will be available in 6 colors: yellow, grey, red, blue, white and black. The standard color for the interior will be black with some red patterns.
