More than a thousand vehicles are available for your purchase online under RamaDBK Inventory. Prices are quoted in Japanese yen, either in FOB or CIF terms depending on the customer requirement. All our prices are negotiable and inquiries are welcome. FOB or CIF rates can also be negotiated upon request.
A deposit of up to 50% is required prior to shipment with the remainder due prior to release of the shipping documents. Payment of deposits is required within seven days of confirmation via Telegraphic Transfer (TT), direct credit, or confirmation of L/C or other arrangements.
- lease be advised that we only sell Used Cars unless if it is Advertised as Brand New. The used cars are usually has marginal Defects, and the Customer should realize that Claims will not be paid due to the Vehicle not being in Brand New Condition.
- RamaDBK Ltd. guarantees that the vehicles are described on our website as accurately as possible. The guarantee is not a warranty; it only guarantees the customer against misrepresentation of the vehicle(s).
However RamaDBK does recognize that vehicles pass through many different hands in transit to our customers; ports in Japan, stevedores loading and unloading ships, ships crew, ports at destination, storage and transporters etc. and we do not guarantee that vehicles will arrive in the same condition when inspected.
- RamaDBK Ltd will not take any responsibility regarding any meter wind-up issues that may occur after arrival to your country. The only guarantee we can provide regarding the mileage is the information we receive from the auction data, and if there were any mismatches between the actual mileage and the data provided by the auction we do not take any responsibility for that. If you want a certificate of guarantee you can contact ATL directly for the Odo meter check service and they will provide you with a certificate of guarantee for the mileage.
- Marine Insurance will only be provided on the request of the customer. tires, brakes, clutches, CV joints, batteries, electrical, and audio accessories are not guaranteed unless specifically stipulated. If Insurance is provided the Claimable Value should be evaluated for damages valuing to JPY 30,000 or more
- (I) The Cancellation charges for a vehicle Purchased on Customer request will be 15% to 20% of the CIF value depending on the Vehicle, If the vehicle is not already shipped. (Other charges will also be applicable if the vehicle is already reserved for shipping)
(II) If a vehicle order (Ex-stock) is cancelled within the first 24 hours, we will only charge the bank transaction fees and the rest will be refunded. If the cancellation is done outside the 24 hour window, we will charge a $500 as cancelation charges and also other miscellaneous charges (this includes the charges for pre shipping expenses)
(III) However if the vehicle is already shipped by the time the customer cancels the order, the customer will have to pay additional Charges(Penalty ch. Vanning ch. Document ch. Freight ch. And other amendment charges) as well as the Cancellation Charges mentioned above.
- Refund of Payments: All vehicles are available on first come first serve basis. If a payment reaches us late and the vehicle is sold to another customer, RamaDBK will be responsible for 100% refund of payments.
We can not refund the money to any account other than the one from where the money was sent to us. We have to take these steps to abide by the Japanese Banking Law.
- If the consignee is unable to settle the balance payment with in one month after the unit has arrived in the designated port, the unit will be re-exported after notification to the consignee. Advanced money will be returned to the consignee after the deduction of transport and freight charges beard by RamaDBK
- If a vehicle is reshipped back to Japan, we will refund the Funds deducting the Freight Charges.
- Vehicles will be arranged for shipping immediately after your Advance funds are received by us. Then these Vehicles will be transported to the Shipping Yards and the following charges will apply as Port charges if the shipment is held up due to customer request or Cancellation.
» We will award a $100 ~ $ 300 Discount for 100% Remittance on confirmation.
» Parts will be sent as Freight collect, unless advised to us in advance to send as Freight Prepaid.
