The Commonwealth Business Forum (CBF) will take place in Colombo, Sri Lanka on 12-14 November 2013 in conjunction with the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM). The Forum is the premier business event in the Commonwealth bringing together Heads of Government, Ministers, and top business leaders from around the world and will be attended by over a thousand delegates.

The CBF is co-organised by the Commonwealth Business Council (CBC) and the Government of Sri Lanka and forms a part of the overall CHOGM programme. It will provide a valuable opportunity for high level dialogue on trade and investment between business and government leaders from the Commonwealth and beyond. The Forum will be opened by the President of Sri Lanka, and will be addressed by Commonwealth Heads of Government.

President of RamaDBK, Mr. Jagath Ramanayake invited for and TV interview conducted by ITN channel in Sri Lanka the program called Athulanthaya. This discussion was mainly focused on immersing opportunities through the CBF. Further he stated how to tackle the challenges of maintaining open markets of used motor vehicle industry and how important this forum is and this will be a key event in developing stronger partnerships between governments and business entrepreneurs.
