Every year RamaDBK is participating to the organization of a friendly cricket tournament for the members of the SLAEAJ (Sri Lanka Automobile Exporters Association in Japan) in the area of Tokyo. This year, on this occasion, a cricket champion from Sri Lanka, Mr Dhammika Prasad was invited as special guest by the SLAEAJ. Mr Prasad has begun as a professional cricket player in year 2002 as he was still in high school and he has become and international player for Sri Lanka since year 2006. Mr Prasad, now a right-arm fast-medium bowler, is known for excelling in all aspects of the cricket game.
Before the friendly tournament, Mr Prasad has come to RamaDBK headquarter office in Yokohama, to meet Mr Jagath Ramanayake, CEO of RamaDBK and one of the leading executive members of the SLAEAJ. Sri Lankan cricket fans in RamaDBK team were especially delighted to meet with Mr Prasad and to take a picture with him. Mr Prasad has discussed about the development of relations between Sri Lanka and Japan in the fields of sports and business with Mr Jagath Ramanayake and his wife Mrs Samantha Ramanayake. He was very pleased with the warm welcome of RamaDBK team and management.
