One week ago, Mr Suzuki, living in Odawara, a medium size town 50 kilometers west of Tokyo has called RamaDBK to ask for an all-electric Nissan Leaf car. Mrs Kato has sent him a large choice of Nissan Leaf immediately available in the stock of RamaDBK. A few days later, Mr Suzuki has come to RamaDBK office in Yokohama with his wife and his daughter to meet Mrs Kato in order to finalize the transaction. Mr Suzuki was hesitating for a grey color Nissan Leaf but his wife, Mrs Suzuki, preferred a blue color one. After much discussion, the daughter of Mr Suzuki had the last word, the car would be red color.
