Mr Quincy is a citizen from Ghana, a quickly developing small country in West Africa. He is currently working for a foreign company in Japan, and he is using his spare time to search around for some new business opportunities on behalf of his friends in Africa. Hopefully, the truck will be shipped and arrive in Ghana at the beginning of year 2016 to begin construction work in the area of Accra, the capital of the country.
