Our President Mr. Jagath Ramanayake was awarded a one of the most Prestigious
Awards in the Country for the Social services he has contributed to Sri Lanka
and the Sri Lankan Community.
This award is called "Wishwa Keerthi Deshabandu" and only awarded to the persons with
excellent achievement and have contributed and serviced to their Country and
Society in an Incomparable way. The award is handed over to the Achiever during
Ceremony held at " Temple of Sacred Tooth of Budda " or the Sri Dalada Maligawa
and the Award is presented by the "Mahanayake Thera" who is the Top person and
the Spiritual Leader in All Sri Lanka Buddhist Organizations.
It was a Great achievement to our President to receive this award at his age,
while most of the other recipients receive this Award after there 50's and
this is one of his strongest Achievements during his career.
We Congratulate our President on this Great Achievement and we wish him all
the best for the future with much more awards and much more service not only to
his home Country Sri Lanka, but to the Global Community.
