RAMADBK WITH JAMAICAN AMBASSADOR

RAMADBK Ltd Japan President Mr.Jagath Ramanayake met with visiting Jamaican Ambassador Mr. Paul Robotham on the JUMVEA's 15th Year Anniversary morning in Tokyo. The two members discussed bilateral relations and economic matters.

RAMADBK President and the Jamaican Ambassador had a fruitful meeting and reached many important common understandings. The meeting will exert far-reaching influence on the development of constructive cooperation relations between Jamaica and RAMADBK Ltd Japan on vehicle exportation.

The Jamaican Ambassador and RAMADBK Ltd Japan President exchanged views on economic and trade cooperation between the two parties as well as on the economy in Jamaica. Ambassador Robert briefed President Ramanayake on the vehicle importation and economic situation in Jamaica, noting that the world economy has shown some sign of recovery but that factors threatening world's economic growth are still on the rise. "We hope to see that the economic and financial situation in the Asia-Pacific region remains stable," the Ambassador said.

"History shows that there do exist differences of this sort or that between RAMADBK Ltd Japan and the Jamaica, but (two parties) have more extensive and important common interests," President Jagath said. "RAMADBK Ltd Japan and the Jamaican vehicle exporters can do a lot of things together. A good RAMADBK Ltd Japan-Jamaica. relationship is favorable to the two parties.
